Withies Green Development

Welcome to our public consultation on the emerging plans for the development of the Withies Green site (Phase 2), land east of Keynsham. (Phase 1 Hygge Park.)

The Withies Green site is identified in the B&NES Local Plan as a safeguarded site for residential development. The proposals will provide new homes, with a variety of
housing mixes (to include young, old, single, large families, later living and affordable housing), as well as a range of community facilities and environmental benefits.

We will be submitting our planning application to Bath and North East Somerset Council (B&NES) in the coming months, but first we want to hear local people’s views on our proposals. You can help us by doing one or more of the following:
